Superstar Rajnikanth arrived in Chennai on 13th of this month, after having treatment and rest in Singapore. The actor was accompanied by his wife Latha Rajinikanth and two daughters - Aishwarya and Soundarya. Rajinikanth was given a rousing reception by his fans at the Chennai airport. The actor had a few words with his fans while accepting the wishes of others by waving his hands at them. Personnel from the Chennai Airport Police Station and neighbouring police stations were deployed in large numbers to regulate the traffic. But they were unable to keep things in control, as the number of fans kept swelling as the deadline neared. Sources close to the family said that the actor will be staying in Venus colony at Sri Niketan apartments. An entire floor has been purchased for his use. Dhanush and his family will also be staying with him. This move is because there is renovation work going on in his house at Poes garden.
Rajini has been spending a lot of time with his grandsons Yatra and Linga. Their company apparently is the best medicine for him. So the family will be staying together and bonding big time till Superstar who is keen to get back to work on his current project Rana.
