Rajinikanth who has been hospitalised due to fever and allergic bronchitis at Isabel Hospital in Chennai has been discharged.
There is a buzz that the superstar will be flying to US for a holiday and treatment.
Noted political columnist and Tamil Nadu specialist R Rajagopalan has tweeted- "Rajinikant may leave for US for treatment. Permissions and travel documents are being readied. Rajni seeks Delhi assistance".
Meanwhile the superstar went out of the hospital for special prayers. Rajnikanth prayed at the famous Kalikambal Temple and meditated at Pamban Swamigal Ashram.
